Include your headset model, JIAN XR version, a short description of the issue, and the steps that led to it. Do not send passwords or authentication codes.
请提供头显型号、JIAN XR 版本、问题简述及复现步骤。请勿发送密码或验证码。
Email supportAccount closure and deletion · 账户关闭与删除
Use the subject “JIAN Account Closure Request” and write from the email used for your JIAN Account when possible. Include only enough information for us to locate and reasonably verify the account. Never send a password, verification code, session cookie, or Quest device secret. After verification, we will delete or de-identify associated personal information within 30 days, subject to the limited legal and security retention described in our Privacy Policy.
请使用邮件主题“JIAN Account Closure Request”，并尽量通过 JIAN 账户使用的邮箱发送。仅提供定位并合理核验账户所需的信息；请勿发送密码、验证码、会话 Cookie 或 Quest 设备密钥。完成核验后，我们会在30天内删除或去标识化相关个人信息；隐私政策所述的有限法律与安全保留除外。
